We sell business outcomes and support — not specific software products — and we are not a software reseller.

AI is a powerful tool, but it is not error-free and results vary based on your business, data, and processes. We do not guarantee specific revenue, time-savings, or that AI outputs will always be accurate. We work to make systems useful and reliable, and we rely on human oversight where judgment matters.

• Use AI-assisted outputs responsibly, including reviewing customer-facing content before it is sent where we have agreed on human review.
• Ensure you have the rights to any information or materials you share with us.

AI systems can produce unexpected or inaccurate outputs, and their behavior may change over time as tools and context evolve. Our managed approach includes monitoring and maintenance to keep systems aligned with your business, but no system is perfect. Where a workflow touches your customers, you decide the level of human review and approval.

Where you have consented, we may send conversational and appointment-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.

The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Strategic Navigation Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. Configurations and workflows we build for you are delivered for your business use. You retain ownership of the business information you provide to us.

The free AI Workflow & Time-Savings Review is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate agreement that describes scope, fees, and terms. The free review does not create a service relationship by itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic Navigation Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the services giving rise to the claim, if any.
